Chandresh has 20+ years of experience working in engineering, management, and construction of Department of Defense and Department of Transportation projects. He managed many key and high visibility DoD project's engineering and design prior to starting his work in the DOT Projects. Some of his accomplishment in DoD projects include working on SOUTHCOM HQ, SOCCENT HQ, CENTCOM Facility Expansion, KC-46A Mission Beddown, Planning and Programming of AF Facilities, US Air Force Airfield Projects, various other Facilities, and Infrastructure Improvements.

He brings a great value to DOT Construction from his work in engineering and design of a wide range of projects that include varying complexity of facilities and infrastructure work. His experience includes managing projects in the range of $2M-$178M in construction value.

Mr. Gajera enjoys mentoring and helping young engineers and managers to develop a new set of leaders to meet the increasing demand in the A/E/C Industry as well as volunteering his time for the local communities  and non-profit organizations in his available time!!
