Job Duties: Review construction plans and specifications to coordinate with client. Work with field superintendents for construction activities and scheduling. Perform the task of proper sequencing of construction in the project to accomplish quality work. Coordinate with Project Manager for progress report and physical complete vs. financial complete report. Maintain a Project Log for supplier and subcontractor progress and billing. Work daily for customer inquiries, vendors/clients, deliveries on supplies/materials. Resolve customer requests for schedule, delivery of materials, subcontractors, estimating, accounting and project management. Manage the change order process to ensure customer approvals prior to the work being performed. Support Estimating Department in preparing Estimates as required/requested for bid submittals using Bluebeam Revu. Perform pre-final inspection walk-through to ensure all the required construction items are completed and properly addressed to minimize punch list. Submit Resume: CMC, Inc. 4185 Capital View Drive, Suwanee, GA 30024

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
